Adding a User
Users Screen -> Click Add button -> Fill in details -> Save
|1||Username||Username in login credentials|
|2||Full name||Descriptive full name of the user|
|3||Password||Password of user. User can change password after login.|
|4||Branch||Branch to which the user is attached to|
|5||Role||User role of the user. Selected based on which permissions should be granted to the user.|
|9||Save||Confirm adding a new User once all the mandatory fields are completed.|
Once a user is added to the system like this, the new user can be logged into POS app or back-office as permitted in the user role.
User Credentials: Company: Company name as given in company profile. Username: Username specified above. Password: abc123
The new user is supposed to change password from the POS app or back-office after the first login.
New user added will appear in POS app only after restarting it. Thus, if the changes are urgent, all POS apps should be immediately restarted.
