Forgot Password Option through POS App
Select forgot password:
Type in e-mail & send:
E-mail sent message:
Error: In case the enetred e-mail is not a registered e-mail, it will be notified to the user.
Once the Send E-mail is pressed an e-mail with a password reset link will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
Once the Create New Password button in the e-mail is clicked, the page will be redirected to the set password window where you can specify a new password and confirm. Thereafter the new password can be used for owner login through the POS app or the back-office.
Forgot Password Option through Back-Office
Forgot Password option is not available in the Back-Office.
These methods only work for changing the owner password. If an employee password is forgot, the owner can reset them by visiting user screen in back-office.
