Back-Office Settings
Important settings of the SpicePOS system can be configured from the back-office. Back-office settings can be configured at company level or branch level. These settings define,
- Printed Bill Template: Bill header details such as bill logo, address and telephone number. Bill footer details such as thanks you message.
- Tax: Up to 2 taxes can be configured while specifying tax name and percentage.
- Service Charge: Service charge percentage can be specified. (Specially for table service restaurants)
- Payment Methods: Predefined payment methods such as cash, card, credit, check and complementary can be switched on/off. Any number of custom payment methods can be specified by name of the payment method.
- Delivery Methods: Predefined delivery methods such as dine-in and take away can be configured. Any number of custom delivery methods can be specified by name of the delivery method.
App Settings
Settings specific for a POS terminal can be configured through the POS app. These settings are related to,
- USB/bluetooth POS printers
- Barcode printing from POS terminal
- Fine tuning order taking & billing
