Order and Bill Printing Related
Print KOT/BOT on Payment: Restaurant specific config which enable KOT/BOT printing button in payment successful screen so that the user can print KOT/BOT at the point of finalyzing the bill. Useful for orders which are charged directly (without saving - so KOT/BOT not printed yet).
Payment successful screen with KOT/BOT print button:
Auto Print KOT/BOT on Payment: Restaurant specific config. Automatically print KOT/BOT at payment successful screen. Auto printed only if KOT/BOT was not printed before or print failed before.
Auto Print Receipt on Payment: Automatically print the final bill in navigation to payment successful screen. If both this config and auto print KOT/BOT on payment are enabled, KOT/BOT auto printing happens before the final bill.
Allow Open Cash Drawer on Payment: Show cash drawer manual open button in payment successful screen for the user to manually open the cash drawer if required. Useful when cash drawer does not open automatically with bill print (not a cash bill).

Order Taking Related
Wrap Long Item Names: Wrap text in loger item names in POS app home screen so that the item names are shown in maximum possible length. Once the length of item name is long the room for item icon reduces.

Prompt Quantity on Item Add: Automatic popup asks the quantity when an item is selected for an order from POS app home screen. Useful in wholesale businesses since most probably multiples of items are ordered.

Item Thumbnail Size: Configure size of item icons displayed in POS app home screen. When the size of the icons increase the number of icons shown in POS app home screen reduces.

User Activity and Troubleshooting
Change Password: Change user password.

Diagnostics: Shown system status messages which are critical in troubleshooting.

The diagnostic report will be sent to SpicePOS as an e-mail when the user selects the share icon in the toolbar and confirm sending the e-mail.
Share button:
Clear Application Data: Clear app data for SpicePOS app. Gives the same result as cleaning app data from android settings. Will clear all the downloaded master data and any unsysnched transaction data. So, the user should made sure device is connected to the internet and all the receipts and orders are synched with the remote server before selecting this option.
App will be logged out upon selecting this option. Master data will be downloaded again on relogin to the POS app.
Restart App: Gives the same result as closing the POS app and start again from clicking the icon on the Launcher used in the Android device.
