Void Items from Ongoing Order

Associated permissions: 
    Void items before pre receipt print - void items from an order for which pre receipt is not printed yet
    Void items after pre receipt print - void items from an order after pre receipt is printed. This is rarely required since pre receipt is printed when customer finishes ordering and about to pay.

As described in the above section items can be voided in an ongoing order edit by permitted users. Reduction of quantity of an item with multiple selections to the order is also considered as an item void.

Upon voiding items, a separate section called "void items" will be printed in the KOT/bots.
