Ongoing Orders View
Ongoing Order View
After saving an order in the system, there will be an ongoing order created in the system and will be displayed in ongoing orders screen. The screen is organized so that he latest created order is displayed at top.
POS App -> Side Nav -> Ongoing Orders
Select Ongoing orders from side nav:

| 1 | Order details | Table number, receipt number, order amount, steward, customer, tag, date/time displayed in order inside the order details section. |
| 2 | Order actions | Charge, edit, void and more options menu displayed in order inside the order actions section. |
| 3 | Refresh button | Pulls latest Ongoing orders and ongoing order updates from server. This is useful when the user stays a long time in ogoing orders screen to refresh and retrieve the latest picture from server. This process happens automatically when navigating from another screen to the ongoing orders screen. When an order action is performed on an ongoing order, the latest picture is retrieved from server prior to proceeding with the action. |
| 4 | Total | Total of ongoing orders oped in the screen. Ongoing orders screen will show all open orders no matter they were opened in a previous day. |
As shown below, the page will show the date of the ongoing order receipt number, table number, and total amount of all the ongoing orders and a refresh icon on the top right.
More Options
More options menu consist of 5 more actions on an ongoing order. Send kitchen/bar command, copy to new order, split, print KOT/BOT and print pre receipt. The functions can be accessed by clicking the 3 dot icon available in any ongoing orders. Each one of these functions are described in pages below.
