Payment Method Settings
Pre-defined payment methods can be enabled/disabled from here. Custom payment methods can be defined. Payment methods configured here will appear in all charge screens (charge screen, room bill charge screen, credit settlement screen, deposit charge screen).

Pre-defined Payment Methods
Cash payment method is enabled for all accounts. There is no setting for making it disabled.
| Payment Method | Description |

| Card | Payments made through credit or debit cards |
| Credit | Add payment to customer credit balance which the customer agrees to pay later. |
| Cheque | Payments made through a cheque. |
| Complementary | Free offers bill for the customer. |
Credit card excess fee percentage: In case the business decide to charge excess percentage for card payments on top of the final bill value (after discounts, service charge and taxes), this option can be switched on. The excess percentage fee will only apply when card payment method is selected, or for the card payment portion in case of a payment split.
Custom Payment Methods
Comma seperated list of any other payment methods to be enabled. Once added to the list, system will show it in charge screen. A payment reference can be specified when a custom payment method is selected.
