Actions on Supplier Returns

Edit Stock Return

No Edit option is provided for Stock Returns.

Print Stock Return

Stock Return Screen -> Click on the Stock Return (which is already entered) -> Click "Print" button -> Follow the print dialog to get the printout

Export Stock Return as PDF

Stock Return Screen -> Click on the Stock Return (which is already entered) -> Click "Download PDF" button

Void Stock Return

A Stock Return can be voided so that all stock deductions happened based on it are reversed.

Stock Return Screen -> Select the Stock Return from checkbox -> Click "Close" icon -> Provide Void Reason -> Confirm Action

Copy Stock Return

A Stock Return can be copied in order to start creating a new Stock Return (clone). Once the new Stock Return is created, it has no relashionship with the old Stock Return.

Stock Return Screen -> Select the Stock Return from checkbox -> Click "Copy" icon -> Edit and Save

Select the Stock Return and click "Copy" Icon:

Then the User can edit and save the new Stock Return as explained under the previous topic "Create Stock Return".

Delete Stock Return

A Stock Return can't be deleted once saved in the system. It can only be voided.
