Actions on Stock Issuances

Edit Stock Issuance

No Edit option is provided for Stock Issuances.

Print Stock Issuance

Stock Issuance Screen -> Click on the Stock Issuance (which is already entered) -> Click "Print" button -> Follow the print dialog to get the printout

Export Stock Issuance as PDF

Stock Issuance Screen -> Click on the Stock Issuance (which is already entered) -> Click "Download PDF" button

Void Stock Issuance

A Stock Issuance can be voided so that all stock transactions happened based on it are reversed.

Stock Issuance Screen -> Select the Stock Issuance from checkbox -> Click "Close" icon -> Provide Void Reason -> Confirm Action

Copy Stock Issuance

A Stock Issuance can be copied in order to start creating a new Stock Issuance (clone). Once the new Stock Issuance is created, it has no relashionship with the old Stock Issuance.

Stock Issuance Screen -> Select the Stock Issuance from checkbox -> Click "Copy" icon -> Edit and Save

Select the Stock Issuance and click "Copy" Icon:

Then the User can edit and save the new Stock Issuance as explained under the previous topic "Create Stock Issuance".

Delete Stock Issuance

A Stock Issuance can't be deleted once saved in the system. It can only be voided.
